A cozy and heartfelt opposites attract romance!
“And Now, Back to You” follows two competing meteorologists—Jackson Clark and Delilah Stewart—after they are forced to find common ground when they’re partnered to cover the snowstorm of the century.
The chemistry between Jackson and Delilah is off the charts! We see glimpses of their long term rivalry in “First-Time Caller” and I enjoyed finally seeing it through both characters’ perspectives in this book. Their post-it note war and banter-filled exchanges were incredibly entertaining. I adore how their partnership transformed their good-natured sparring into searing attraction. The tension, mutual pining, and caretaking gave me butterflies! I savored each and every page.
Outside of the romance, I grew attached to Borison’s well-developed characters! The two could not be more different with Jackson finding comfort in routine and Delilah delighting in spontaneity. One thing they share in common, however, is that they like to keep up appearances. I loved watching them slowly reveal the hidden parts of themselves while in the mountains and come to the realization that they are perfect as they are.
Like the first book in the series, this story is filled with heavier topics. Borison handles themes of chronic illness and abandonment really well while still keeping things light. I love this series and can’t wait to continue!
