For a spicy twist, try deviled pork chops with lots of strong flavors. The buttery panko crumb coating gives these juicy chops a great crunch, making them the perfect mix of heat and texture.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1 cup panko crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 1 tbsp hot sauce. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Add salt and black pepper to the pork chops. Butter, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a shallow dish. Combine well. Cover each pork chop with the spicy panko mixture. Press the crumbs onto the chops to make them stick. Lay the pork chops on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. For 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and the outside is golden brown and crispy. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy these pork chops with a panko crust that is spicy and sweet.
