{Heather Louise Grey AKA Phoenix}

The third and youngest Grey daughter, Heather is a mutant whose served in several hero teams: most commonly the Avengers, but also X-Force and X-Men in her youth.

Quieter and with a fair dash of cynicism compared to Jean, Heather often struggled with insecurities and self-doubts throughout her teenage years. She strongly believes in empathy and justice, although grudges have always proved something Heather’s struggled letting go of.

Taking up the mantle of Phoenix in the wake of her sisters’ seeming death (Dark Phoenix), this has been a codename she’s continued to use, in the wake of Jean’s multiple deaths and resurrections: something her sister hasn’t always coped well with.

A psychic, her greatest talent always proved to be her telepathy, a mixture of her quietness and also the fact her shyness gave her ample time to practice with her abilities growing up.

And then there’s all those hijinks involving Deadpool...
