(I missed him- life has gotten less busy so Carlos is back! Will pick up old Carlos rps eventually but for now here’s this!)
Carlos had been on a month long mission, completely alone. No one in Hydra but Pierce knew where he went. It was a well kept secret. But he’s finally back.
Carlos sighs as he looks through a few older files in his room, the mission had left him… exhausted. But he can’t tell anyone about it. And now to make things even worse, his twin Katrina had invited him over for dinner.
Carlos glances up when he hears his door open, he’d invited someone to come with him. Carlos looks completely exhausted, and his eyes have dulled even more than they usually are. “Ready to go?” His voice is sharp, cold.
Anyone can interact! Please do so! Especially if you haven’t before!
New RP series! Based on Emilia’s escape from hydra and all that good stuff
On October 12 11:24pm, the team raided one of the last remaining official hydra bases. The mission was mostly successful. No casualties or major injuries were reported from the team. But the same can't be said for who they found. A teenage girl. Half dead. Found in a lab. Reports and theories and tools scattered all over the floor, as if they'd given up on keeping the experiments tidy. She was barely even a soldier anymore. Just a lab rat.
The lab was likely abandoned when the team breached and the building was told to evacuate, leaving the girl strapped to the chair. She was practically dead anyway, there was no point bringing her with them. The notes on the desk next to the chair reads
"name: Emilia Kane.
age: 16
alias: subject 87 (former), little bird (current)"
As soon as she hears the doors open and people walk in she immediately assumes they're back for more tests. She's too weak to scurry away but she tries, more just squirming in the lab chair. "No... please...no more I can't do anymore...leave me alone please" she mumbles weakly, her eyes barely open.
It was impressive, really, the way Valerie had managed to move up the ranks in Hydra. She'd been born only an asset. The маленький солдат. But she'd realised, eventually, that she was more powerful than her Handler. Than any of the agents who dared look down on her. So, to make a long, bloody story short, she'd taken over. Those who had pledged their loyalty to her as the new Supreme Hydra Commander had survived. Those who hadn't... well. People feared her now. It was a heady feeling, given a life of being the scared one.
It was the night of her annual Hydra gala, and important event of schmoozing with other Hydra officials and reminding those who liked to hold on to her previous life as an asset exactly why they should know better. Valerie walks into the ballroom, hushed conversations following her. She approaches someone on the other side of the room, who's surrounded by other people in the middle of the conversation, calming gliding over to stop in front of them. "And here I thought you wouldn't make it."
Edward was in a coma, he'd been in it for the past three weeks, the doctors hadn't been able to explain it. Someone had found Edward in an alley, passed out cold. No one knows what happened. But finally, Edward was showing signs that he was waking up.
Edward shifts in the bed, his hand twitching slightly. He makes a small noise and for a second his eyes flutter open before slipping shut again. The sounds of the hospital slowly washing over him.
Slowly, his eyes fully open, staring out into the hospital room, wincing from how bright the lights are. Edward grunts and shifts slightly. "Hello...?" He whispers out, confused. He tries to sit up but a cuff on his wrist stops him, panic surges through him and his eyes dart around the room frantically, landing on the flowers on his bedside table, metal flowers, Magneto- "Hello- anyone?!" He cries out in an utter panic, yanking at the restraint. "Please- someone!"
One would think that shooting your ex would ruin any chances of getting back together. Destiny certantly had thought so. Especially since he thought he'd killed Marcus. That had been his final act before leaving HYDRA. He'd fetched his gun from the training room and went to face Marcus. If it had been anyone else, he wouldn't have missed. He would have gone for a headshot. He had aimed for Marcus's heart.
Apparently, he had missed.
They were just going to talk. Marcus begged Destiny to hear him out. Let him explain that Destiny's actions had been the push he had needed to leave HYDRA himself. They were just going to talk, but somehow that first conversation had ended with a sloppy make out session on the couch. Destiny knew he shouldn't. Yet here they were. They had been dating for almost three months now, something he never told his friends. Perhaps some part of him knew that they would not be so ready or willing to forgive. But this felt so good. He wanted someone who knew how to use him. Being vulnerable and helpless made the whole thing hotter.
He'd been careful up until now. Someone had dropped by unexpectedly while he was napping, and he hadn't thought to put on something over his loose T-shirt and shorts to cover up the hickies and bruises before he answered the door.
"Hi?" He leans against the doorframe, looking sleepy. "Did I forget something we were supposed to do?"
