I had this in my drafts for a long while, so while unfinished, I thought it would be best to post it.

A rarepair that's been on my mind recently is Heatie/Kather? (It's Katie/Heather)

It's something I started to think about when forming a new elimination order for a djoah fic, and I just wanted to put this somewhere.

For some context, Katie is on Gophers with Sadie instead of Bass. And Sadie is the third to be eliminated (via everyone finding the duo annoying and because Heather notices how Lindsay and Beth are being pulled towards the duo. This is an effort to gain more control.)

After that, Katie is a wreck. Similar to how Sadie acted during Katie's og elimination. She cries nonstop and it annoys the rest of her team, but Lindsay and Beth had made it their mission to cheer her up (with the extent of Heather playing along for another vote).

From there, Katie becomes an ally, but not a part of the trio. Heather claims it's because "There can only be a final three and that's us!" But follows up by saying, "But she can be in the final four, I guess."

The jist of it is that Heather and Katie form a genuine bond, with Heather falling first eventually, and Katie growing outside of being someone dependent on Sadie. The Djoah fic being referred to is my a part of my djoah week collection, the genderbent fic.

I may not get a chance to expand on this anytime soon, but I wanted to spread more rarepair ideas.
