          the brunet had a JEALOUS tendency whenever it came to the people he dated and the things he owned. there was just something in the act of SHARING as problematic as that sounds that nicholas was not too fond off. well aware that this was a family party, there were a few close business friends of his and his parents, but a few unknowing suitors were in short, shooting their shot with the other and his tolerance began to dwindle. quickly, he picked up his drink and made way, darkened hues zoned in on the unfortunate person before his hands clamped down on their shoulder in an attempt to be welcoming. ‘ baby, what are the two of you talking about that seems so... he was splayed out on their bed, an arm haphazardly flopped against his face. they’d been idly conversing for the better part of forty minutes, a rare lazy friday morning spent in bed. he didn’t have class until noon, and surprisingly mars didn’t have any real obligations. it was nice, calm. their small dog stretched out in the space between them. “i have this dream where i’m hitting my dad with a baseball bat, and he’s screaming and crying for help ---” if there was anyone who understood his hatred for the older dumont, it was the brunette to his left. “and maybe halfway through, it has more to do with me killing him, than it ever did protecting myself.” a morbid chuckle escaped him, his hand moving to rest behind his head. “think that means he’ll kick the bucket soon?”

      micah’s tall, towering figure enters the large studio. he peers around corners and tries not to look like a total creep. thankfully, it was easy not to when you were a handsome, charismatic writer. “um, excuse me?” he calls out to one of the buzzing workers darting around. “have you seen marleny? i brought her lunch. i’m a friend.” his eyes look over the woman’s shoulder in search for the other. it was weird calling marleny a friend when they really weren’t just friends. they were more, but not a couple. it was odd, he thought. @heatstrckes
