I ran across a guy I had freestyled last year on a dating app and for the life of me couldn’t figure out why he looked so familiar and where I knew him from... it took me far too long to realize who he was. I usually have an excellent memeroy for people/faces. Debating whether I should match with him or not, maybe he also doesn’t remember me? We drank a decent amount and he was already quite drunk when we met. Heaux problems 😂
I fucking hate men and their entitlement. Wasted a night freestyling when I could have put on a facemask and read. Chatted up some biz exec at the bar, and this man bought me a drink and chatted my ear off, we were flirting and then when I went in to close the deal, this idiot was adamant that he “doesn’t pay for women” and that so many women are “naturally interested” in him. I’m like tf does this even mean. But also sir, you are so boring, old and tedious. I’m literally a 10, probably 15-20 years younger than you and just fluidly moved from discussing art, to business and then travel... do you really think I find you interesting or attractive enough to sleep with you for FREE?! Oh the grand delusions some of these men have. I actually literally laughed at him, put down my half full drink and left.
A married man, friend of friends, who is relatively well off (and also married) professed to having a mega crush on me and I made him keep talking about it like I had no idea of it at all. He proceeded to talk about how awkward he always is around me. Meanwhile I’ve beeeen knowing. My mind was just racing on how I could use all this to my advantage. Definitely not becoming the side piece and watching my steps as he is faaaar too close to my vanilla life.
But also men are such trash, he was professing his crush and telling me he’s fantasized about me and his wife is literally away to take care of her ill father? Oh and she packed her life up and moved to this city for him. Smh. Marry for money ladies and peace out when you get that bag. Men really and truly ain’t shit.
