Sometimes
Sometimes, I am fed up, and tired. My bones feel heavy, my bones feel tired, i feel as if my Body, my very blood, needs a lot of effort to run through my veins and function. My back aches, my head is full, my eyes hurt. I would like to lay down, close my eyes, and a year from now wake up. All issues have resolved themselves, everything is at peace, I can start over. I can breath again.
I take a deep breath but it does not refresh me. I go to sleep but wake up tired. Is it body, hormones, air, water, diet? Or ist ist News, Wars, Job, Kids, School, other people, Social media? Is it a potion of all of the above, the stars pulling me by my the hair, the wind dying down, leaving me at a place where I feel encapsulated in the Groundhog Day?
I know it will not end, but will it get easier? Will it get lighter, more feather, more wind, more air?
