It was weird being back. To feel the SMALL TOWN CHARM all around her instead of the bustling streets of Hollywood. She missed it, but after MONTHS of not landing a SINGLE fucking gig her sister gave her a choice. Get a REAL job and help with the insane rent or go back home and live in her parents CUSH basement for free. The choice had been harder than one might think, but in the end here she was. Wandering towards the Family Video store to pick up a little SOMETHING to watch through the evening. The little BELL chimed overhead upon entering and without even thinking about it, she beelined towards the ROMANCE section. A good classic would help lift her spirit.

Don't be fooled by Eddie's devil-may-care attitude when it comes to everything. He takes a few things seriously, his clothing is one of those things.

Some of it is to provocate the sad little people of Hawkins. Who in Hawkin's has ever seen a man in a Black Sabbath crop top? No one, that's who. And he'll take the band tees and make the crop tops himself. Eddie is incredibly creative, there isn't a stem suitable bone or cell in his body. Better more, he'll readjust tees so they cling provocatively to him too. He is unashamedly liberal with his clothing. It's the same with his jeans, lots of them are very closely fitted. His legs are assets, he knows that. It's not his fault if the other guys are too pussy to show themselves off.

Sure, he owns a bucket load of normal tees too. but they've usually got tears in, badges or pins on them, or some kind patch sewn into them. Eddie doesn't do plain either. The same with his jeans, they're never just jeans. There are slashes and patches that weren't there when he bought them. He basically customises everything. The jacket-vest he wears and also lent to Steve was a customisation done by him.

Honestly, Eddie's shoes are probably the most plainest thing in his wardrobe, mostly because decent sneakers are expensive af, and he'd rather spend money on more jewellery, pants and tops than shoes. Shoes aren't very essential to his look.

And he has a couple of leather jackets, a bomber jacket too. Those aren't very customised. He's probably added some studs and patches, a pin or two. But he's not looking to overkill what he wears. He doesn't want the clothes to be wearing him. He's the one wearing them and undermining Reagen-era society wherever he goes in his clothing.

That being said, there is also an element of armour in his wardrobe. People assume things about him because of his wardrobe, and Eddie lets them do it. Because if he keeps people away then they can't hurt him more than life already has. If it scares people away, good? Only the decent people are smart enough to see through it and that he's just a dude.
