Thanks to @hebbars.kitchen, my morning turned out to be superb. Tried her recipe of poha vada and it was delicious. Her recipes are so easy, no-nonsense and ingredients are easily available. I have been following her channel for a year now and all her recipes have turned out well. Her accuracy in measurements and those extra footnotes are a savior.
