Recent Studies Show That Sleep Interruption, Rather Than Poor Sleep, Is Associated With Migraine And Headaches
However, This Does Not Mean That Binge-Watching An Entire Series At Night And Sleeping 2 Hours Will Not Have Health Consequences

Researchers have related poor sleeping or fragmented sleep with migraines. However, according to recent studies, sleep fragmentation is more likely to cause headaches, more than poor sleep. Even though there is no clear explanation, scientists believe that it might be related to an area in the brain called the hypothalamus, which controls hormone release and body temperature. Also, according to experts, less than six hours of sleep can increase the risk for other health issues, such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, stroke, and diabetes, among others.
