I heard they extended the deadline until the 23rd of September because of website problems so I wouldnt be too worried about a fine

I don’t see anything official about an extension but it isn’t the possibility of a fine that’s bothering me the most. It is the waste of time. I filled most of it out a couple of days ago to save time and now I’m stuck making all these attempts to just submit the thing and I have better things to do with my time.
