Hi, I'm sorry if it's annoying to ask this, but I was wondering where all of your fanfictions went? I looked on AO3 and they've seemingly vanished or were deleted? Idk but it's a shame, and I was just wondering what was going on with that.

"The Story of Daniel, the Devil's Minion, Or the Boy from Interview with the Vampire" is the full title of the chapter in Queen of the Damned that chronicles the relationship between Daniel and Armand. It's the first time we see "the boy" again after the first book and is written from Daniel's pov. He gets named here (he never did in IWTV), and the entire story of how he meets Armand and eventually gets turned into a vampire by him gets told in that chapter.

It's really a banger, I would advise reading it. I am making my way through the books (am halfway book 2, The Vampire Lestat) but I already read that one chapter because I couldn't help myself and it's perfectly understandable without too much context.

Anyway, one of the iconic lines in the chapter is: "I am the devil's minion and he grants my every wish." The devil being Armand, of course.

And thus the book chapter itself offered the perfect ship name :)

Some people (also) use portmanteaus like armandiel and armandaniel. But devil's minion (or DM) is by far the most popular!

I seriously hated everything about the ending of supernatural but I get that maybe it would have been fan service if we got everything we wanted?

Err, you know, fanservice, there’s something to say about that. Of course it’s not exciting, already knowing how a show is going to end. Of course writers want to entertain and surprise, I get that. Also, when a TV show ends, not everyone will get their way, and I also get that. 

I think the problem is that SPN missed every point that there was to make, and that is the whole problem. There were so many ways they could have ended it, but they did all of their characters wrong.

You were a Cas fan? He sacrificed himself and didn’t even make the final episode (in which Dean died anyway after his love confession), and was basically ignored even though he was a fan favorite character who has been on this show for 12 years.

You were a Dean fan? He died in the most stupid and illogical way possible after all of those years of helping people, and with that sending out the message; Life sucks and then you die. 

You were a Sam fan? He had to live the rest of his life grieving his brother. And then there’s the fact that the entire Sam/Eileen storyline they were building was completely ignored. We joke about Sam’s blurry wife (and I can also laugh about it, now that it’s all over), but why not at least show clearly that /she/ was there with him, supporting him in al this. 

Not to mention all of the other popular characters that were so important to the show that never made a final appearance or weren’t mentioned again. 

So like I said; 15 years of found family, friends, and story lines; it all went down the drain. They didn’t fuck up something, they fucked up /all the things/. The only thing they left were loose ends.

And the thing is, a lot of shows do that these days, so let me tell you, it’s not creative anymore. It’s not inventive. Hell, these days I am more surprised when a show doesn’t let everything end badly or kills off characters for shock value, so no worries there if you want to surprise me. 

But most of al, so many stories that should have been tied up, so many characters that should have been done justice, not just Destiel. And after 15 years, I don’t think that should be considered fanservice. :p

@gimme-tea-bitch I’m going to diiieeeeee kali realizing how completely in love with yang blake is in the way her whole face lights up when she talks about her and the way blake looks for reasons to bring her up, even (often) flimsily.

the flashes of the headstrong idealist blake was as a little girl coming out how she loves yang………. I am not equipped to handle that!!
