Meal prepping for @rpolster because I'm the #bestwifeever. Vegan bolongnaise. I use the gardein recipe without any added fat, oil free jar sauce, and @beyondmeat fiesty crumbles. Comes together faster than the time it takes for the pasta water to boil because I buy the egfies pre chopped.
