2009 Randy Orton was a different breed of villain. He embodied the Viper persona so perfectly that the heat followed him everywhere, not just inside the arena.

You know you’re doing your job as a top-tier heel when fans are booing you just for stepping off a bus. He didn’t have to say a word, his presence alone was enough to make people hate him. Truly the greatest heel in WWE history.
