Trip #1 - 08/04/17
This is as far as I got up the river on my previous trip a couple of years ago. Hegarty’s boat yard is the spiritual home of the traditional boat building resurgence in West Cork. It always has an interesting number of wrecks/ projects scattered around it.

So it was really windy over the weekend and I was sailing alone so it was really difficult to take photos. This is the only one I got. It is Jeremy Irons' Willing Lass, built by Hegarty's of Oldcourt.
