History of the White Dragon - Pt 1 (WIP)

I’ve been watching way too much  魔道祖师 (Mó Dào Zǔ Shī) lately, and it’s been making me want to do a web comic set in ancient China huuuu. Here’s a mini WIP with my water dragon Kazuhiro (who has been renamed  和弘 (Hé Hóng) that follows his ascension to power o u o/// Hope I don’t run out of steam! Sorry I’ve been so MIA~

For those following along, the song that Hé Hóng is playing is "Flowing Water" (流水) on a traditional Chinese GuQin (古琴) SONG HERE.

Fun History Facts: The Chinese characters you see along with the sound effects are 减字谱 (Jiǎn zì pǔ), a special notation or tablature used for playing the GuQin. It describes the tuning, finger positions, and stroke technique used to play a specific piece. The last character at the end there indicates a reverse pluck of the 4th string  (using the middle finger) o u o//

Puedo entender la expresión triste de He tian, sabe que se transferirá de escuela y ese show fue una especie de despedida para él. Pero, Mo tiene la misma expresión; me pregunto si es porque está abrumado de felicidad por haberse divertido con sus amigos como nunca lo había hecho antes, o, en realidad es porque He tian le mencionó algo sobre su partida. O simplemente, llegó a conclusiones que había estado evadiendo, que siente algo por He tian y no sabe que hacer con esos extraños sentimientos...
