Things were kind of serious between her and Jay ( for as far serious relationships go on the Isle, they surely had one ) --- and it scared her. Because she knows his reputation, but everytime she decides that she’ll bring it up... they just have too much of a good time. Or she just forgets altogether. Time passes very differently when she’s around Jay. She doesn’t really care about anything else. Flirting is one thing, everyone flirts on the isle. Not everyone is so good at it as Jay, but.. yeah, that’s no big deal. But she’d KISSED this pirate of Harriet’s crew, not to get something out of it. Not to flirt and while it didn’t mean anything, it was self-sabotage. Because let’s be real, Jay would break her heart eventually. So instead of handling that properly, she solved the problem. By taking him out of the equation. By breaking her own heart and his. She wasn’t fully prepared on the way he’d look at her though. ''Jay---''

Ever since the barrier came down, Ben has been keeping an eye on everyone - to make sure that everyone is settling down, to make sure that nobody is uncomfortable. He’s been trying his best to have a one-on-one with everyone that came over, to make sure that they’re accommodated. It’s the least he can do, after all. He wants to make sure that everyone is having a good time, at the very least. 

A familiar face comes into view and Ben smiles, quickly making his way over. His hands are in front of his body, clasped together in a very professional manner. “Harry - hi. How are you doing? Are you settling in well?”

At this point, she lived on Spicy Cider, which Pops probably wouldn’t be too happy about. “C’mere,” she called towards the person whose footsteps she heard approaching her ship. “Climb aboard. Ah got some cider left an’ if y’want it, ‘s yers fer th’ takin’!”

Okay so CJ shouldn’t be here, he had every fucking right to do this after what she did. But the moment she saw him this close to the girl -- her feet already carried her over there but she could think things through. It was pure luck that Jay had the item he was swiping from her already, before CJ grabbed the girls arm to roughly push her away from him. Her sword drawn to her neck. ‘’Leave, th’ snake ‘s mine.’’ the moment she darted away, a smile slips onto her features. Satisfied with that reaction, before her gaze shifts to Jay.

‘‘Y’ don’t think I can do it, do yah?’‘ the realization dawns on him, and CJ was too offended to even consider he might be teasing her. Granted, the youngest Hook hadn’t really tried being nice to the Auradonians. The only reason she was here, anyway, was for Jay. Okay--- and for Harry. ’’I can totally be nice to them.’’ how hard could it be ----- they can’t... be as self-absorbed as she expects them to be...... right?

OH, BLOODY HELL. ‘’fuck...’’ irritation rises instantly at hearing that, of course it was Harry. who else could it be? have an entire island full of villains but no, her fucking brother needs to meddle in her business. she considers leaving to find her brother, square him up and kick his ass. so, perhaps she let herself care a little. but even though she felt guilt playing at her heartstrings, she could never get an actual apology out. she was taught well, it’s simply not done on the isle. ‘’i’ll deal with him later...’’ trailing off.. she was about to tell him to turn around and show her if it was really just a scratch. she wouldn’t want his wound to get infected. but, before she could, realization dawns on her and her gaze remains on his back as she circles around to face him, brows furrowing. ‘’ya could’ve just brushed it off, ya could’ve said yeh didn’t care and he would’ve buggered off---’’ so why didn’t he do that? a somewhat lazy smile curls on her face. ‘’just, do it next time though.’’ but the smile wouldn’t sway from her face, she’s not going to say it and have him pull up all the walls again but.. they both knew, didn’t they?

So here he was, at the docks in clear sight of Harry and he barely even had to say anything for the girl to become touch-y. One glance over her shoulder that she seemed rather unaware about, accompanied with a smirk. He leans in slightly then, flirtatiously as his eyes wander shamelessly from her lips and back.

Hands resting on her hips, giving him a look. Lips curled in a smug smile, as if she’d ever spill her plans.
