Hey everyone!! It's been a long kept secret but it's finally done! I get to reveal the book we've been working on!! So crazy to be holding my very own hardcover book in my hands. It's an original story my wife and I came up with about a year ago and after many revisions and redesigns, its finally finished and I cant wait to show you all what we've done! Whether it is a healthy coping method or not, when I am in a very anxious state I tend to reject the source of my anxiety.

Then again, perhaps this is also the reason I disassociate from my emotions to begin with… because, at least most of the time, I am the source of my own anxiety.
