I guess people always assume that Indians eat nothing but curry.

thats not true omg. Curry is a big part of our culture but there are so many different cultures and cuisines in India. Being South Indian, my food is so much more different than North Indian food and a lot of people have a very narrow understanding of Indian Food.

You should look at this haha :) and maybe order other non-curry stuff when you go to an Indian restaurant cuz they're pretty amazing too :D

also south indian food in my house doesn't involve a lot of curry. We eat more vegetable fries, spicy soups, lentils, and white rice. And for breakfast we usually eat little rice flour buns called idli (which I hate) and large crepe-like rice flour pancakes called dosa with a variety of spices and chutneys to accompany. Or we make biryani or other rice based food.
