I wanted to make a silly but simple pigeon using nomad sculpt as practice. As I was modeling him, my boyfriend told me something was missing; a helicopter hat. He was then complete, and made whole again once reunited with what he never knew was meant to be his. Him and his hat are now inseparable.

He can also be found waiting for the train with his lunchbox and cup. They’re a bit heavy for him, but if there is a will there is a way.

I’m working on designing the characters for the comic since the story is mostly written up. So here is Scout (name not final). The comic has no title yet but its going to focus on funny fox lore around Foxopolis and the Hat Factions

The Cacodemon, again for character design class. Here I started embracing Splatoon’s aquatic theme further, and made it look like a weird cross between an octarian soldier and a pufferfish.

This is also the point where my rendering skills definitively begin to improve.
