while logan wasn’t unpopular, he was a loner. known
throughout the school for his ‘bad boy’ reputation. but he
was failing his classes — well, not all of them. he was doing
okay in his math and science classes. could be doing better
in history. and he was passing with flying colors in physical
education. but fuck, english was a bitch.
he didn’t know much about the kid he’d been told was
the top in the english courses, but they often passed in the
halls. and logan knew caliban was often a target for bullies.
when he wasn’t in the library as he’d assumed, he only
thought of one other place. off to the locker rooms, then.
and there was victor, beating the shit out of the taller
boy.
❛ SHIT — victor, lay off, will ya? ❜
logan was known as a stronger kid, too. effortlessly, he
pulled victor off of the gangly teen, hitting him sharply in the
shoulder before he turned his head to the door. ❛ scram, okay?
i gotta talk to ‘im myself, i’ll finish this up. ❜ he reached into
his pocket, pulling out a cigarette and perching it between his
lips. he had no intentions of beating the shit out of the kid, but
whatever got victor off was good enough.
victor finally scurried away, and logan let out a soft huff
as he looked down at caliban, who had fallen to the floor. he
paused before extending a hand to help him up, nodding at
him once. ❛ c’mon. just said it to scare ‘im off, i ain’t gonna
hurt you. ❜
