Happy 76th birthday to Tom Waits, a musician and actor who's inspired my writing and art quite a bit over the years. His music never fails to conjure up images in my head, sometimes I have to document them. This piece is inspired by his song "Hell Broke Luce"

I've done pieces based on "Hoist That Rag" and "A Good Man Is Hard To Find".

I'm sure they won't be the last. If and when my writing projects complete, his influence will be impossible to miss.
