In the true_color_sprites folder of the game’s files, most files contained are color palettes which look like this:

which after careful reassembly, merges into this:

It’s almost definitely  based on drsubzero, who made videos and podcasts on fighting games. But he suddenly vanished one day, deleting his twitter and tumblr and making all of his videos private, never to be seen again.

Now I’m not saying he’s trapped for all of eternity in every copy of skullgirls, forever guarding it’s files and placing a hex on all who uncover him, but you know.
