Anyone who knows me at all knows that bats are my most favorite creature and have been since childhood. During the two years that I was working on my MFA at @cranbrook_art, I also volunteered with @savethebats! This is a woodcut portrait on cowhide I did in 2013 of one of the bats I cared for, Lochan, who was elderly, had one eye, and was one of my favorites.
