A tough talk about country music

SiİvaGunner have kept the country music genre alive almost single-handedly since 2016 thanks to Slider stuff.

And before then, Hellbillies from Norway outclassed US country artists (with only Madonna and Sheryl Crow getting close) between around 1993 and 2011 (after which point they hired a studio known for brickwalling songs, and became irrelevant).

We can all literally thank a Dutch guy and a Norwegian band for ensuring new country and western music lived on past 2002.

The band name "Hellbillies" is a play on the name "Hell", a place in the Halling Valley in Norway (the native valley of the original members), and the word "hillbillies".

I will post a translation later, in the meantime, a rough synopsis of the lyrics: The "I" person is hiking in the mountains, the fog comes rolling in and he walks and walks to try and find shelter, and the subsequent relief that comes from finding an "old, ramshackle stone shack" (the "krasafaren steinbu" of the title).
