I don't really even have to specify anyone here. I just think most "influencer" types get really disconnected from reality and how people are actually treated when they don't have a way to hurt a corporation's pocket book a little. Not all of them do, I do see many that admit that they are being treated special because they're popular. But the ones that don't seem so clueless to my eyes. Of course you're going to get special treatment, and have things taken care of in a different way than I would.

Not being mindful of that doesn't make them evil or even stupid, just human. I forget about my privileges, too, sometimes. It's human to be a little obnoxious.

My floppy disk badges are cool. Like, I'm not going to lie or be humble, because being falsely humble is worse than being a braggart. It's just cool that I can make and manufacture a badge in the exact format of old disk media. It looks cool. It's a statement piece, everyone has something to say about them, from the greymuzzle who fondly remembers when they were the standard (me, it me) to the whippersnappers enthused with "the save icon".
