So I had a dream where Ward came out of nowhere on a SHIELD mission and whipped out a blazing chain and started attacking the bad guys. And it freaked the hell out of Coulson and I'm laughing.

James not so much J.T

OK rewatching aos from last night and I'm really still not convinced James is Hellfire I think he's a decoy. First off he may look like JT but he isn't him. Ward had the entire hellfire storyline, look etc. Also Hellfire does charge objects but doesn't make them explode like bombs like James did. Also when he was thinking of names the last was and I quote "Hellfire, ahh maybe that's a bit much". Ward didn't turn when exposed to the terrogen like I wanted to turn him into Hellfire but they do have a doc that could probably play Osborns part to get him out of Grants body. I still have hope for Hellfire Ward because he's showing through and I'm sure has another agenda.

I imagine Hellfire Ward being the most cockiest asshole ever and that's amazing. He's an ass to everyone except Skye, and maybe Fitz.

The chain is not the important detail here. The writers can and will fuck around with basic precepts from the comics to tell the story the want to tell.

Is this person Hellfire? God knows, but the lack of a chain is hardly decisive.  Also, if you think the lack of chain is decisive in this person (who is named James, by the by) being not being Hellfire, then make your own post.

But now this Hellfire Ward dream is itching to be a fic. Great.

That was one hell of a dream though. Ward was Hellfire and he and Skye were trying to rescue an Inhuman before Hydra could get to her. But Ward was incredibly superhuman though, very strong and could practically jump from several stories up and land with no problem.

But the story goes that he and Skye rescue the girl, but Hydra starts coming. And to find out Ward’s father is still alive and is behind it all. This causes Ward to snap and lose it and SHIELD is keeping him from becoming an absolute monster that will kill his own father.

Ward catches up to his father (after scaling the side of a massive building) and destroys the helicopter that he is in. He then put him in a shrine building and sets the entire place on fire, killing his father. The dream ends with Ward jumping off the five-story or so building and landing on the ground below, getting extremely hurt. Skye runs after him and the dream goes black.

This is the result of me taking another two hour nap after taking an allergy pill. There were also Kingdom Hearts elements too? Can I have this dream again?

Imagine if Ward does end up being Hellfire and in Secret Warriors, Skye and Fitz using him to make s'mores: "Ward, hold your hand out!" "You're not using me as a human bonfire!" "I am the leader of this team and Fitz really wants some s'mores! Of course you'll do it!"
