It's called a finisher for a reason. - None of this 10 reps Triceps, 10 reps of dips to finish off chest and arms day. - If you do a finisher for your muscles, make sure you finish off your muscles. - If people kept track, this video is part 2 of a crawling push-up challenge I did after a chest day. - I went hell for leather, then finished off on a challenge. - In honesty, I didn't think I'd get as far as the high 80 likes my challenge got as I felt weaker and weaker every crawling push-up I completed. - But I persevered! 💪 - The second trip across the floor, you'll see I slow down and fall twice but I kept pushing. - Form dropped slightly at the latter stages but I maintained the best I could throughout. - Finisher... It's the end of your session. It's your time to overload your muscles to get them fully activated and used! - Your muscles should be completed, spent, done. It's simple. No half-effort stuff to finish off. Go for it. What the hell is a Lagniappe? It’s a Louisiana French word that means a small gift given to a customer by a business. It’s our way of saying thanks to our subscribers. It’s the 13th doughnut.

As a way of self-advertising, and just a hand out to the site's readers, Hell For leather partners with a business to give out sweet deals.  No profit, no questions asked.  This time around it's Self Edge, which is an incredibly rad boutique denim store I found last time I was in SF.  They're run by some really cool people, and the products they carry are really top notch.

I'm incredibly tempted to pick up a pair of Iron Heart jeans and a shirt or two.

Wes and Grant at Hell For Leather are two of my favorite bloggers.  They're both designers in their own rights, and they've got a unique perspective on motorcycles, and cycling culture as a whole.  It's always a good read.

In October they took a trip to Labrador, a remote part of eastern Canada.  And they did it on a pair of adventure tourers loaned to them by BMW.  A wild ride.  There's some more posts about the trip, including gear, a b-roll of photos, and other good stuff available on the site: http://hellforleathermagazine.com/?s=labrador
