Okay, so I googled the Amy's Bakery thing, and they made a post saying that they were hacked just after the episode. So, it looks like they were 'real' in that they were posted, but not real in that Amy's Bakery never said it.
Oh wait you are late to the party. Actually ABC's FB page EXPLODED with tons of bat-shit insane posts when the episode aired on tv, users on 4chan and reddit screencapped them and if you image google 'amys baking company facebook posts' you will see all of them, and maybe a couple pages catalouging the crazy that happened that night. People commented on the posts and everything.
Next day they deleted all the posts and claimed hacking, which is obvious BS when you watch the episode and see what kinda crazy Amy is. She actually triggers me to have flshbacks of my crazy step mom who verbally/emotionally/psychologically abused me for years, like they act the same, so my guess is that she is bipolar or something and went on a manic rush and flipped her shit and then suddenly calmed down the next day and realized their mistake
if you actually look into it more you'll see they had a lot of press for reopening the resturant with a major PR firm who QUIT and dropped them as clients right after the launch. Which, uh, says something....
