What is something that is less than $20 that you can buy at Target that'll keep you entertained for 3 days at a church activity you don't want to be at?

I'm not really here (OK I am here but I'm nursing a fluey virus thing and I'm gonna crash out in a few minutes (guyssss thank you for filling my inbox with good stuff NOT SO MUCH THANKS FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER AAARGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I shall post it all later when I'm feeling a bit more human!!)
but I need a snap decision. I won £10 on the lottery woo hoo (wow, biiiiiig wins :P) and I'm gonna get my pre-game Jade shirt but I can't choose between the atom and the devil beast - which one would suit me best? Help meee!!!!!?
Right, I need someone a little bit more technologically minded than me to help me out.
I recently bought Game of Thrones on DVD to re-watch with my parents. However, we don't have a DVD player so I've been watching on my laptop hooked up to the TV.
But, there are no forced/encoded subtitles for the Dothraki translation, and no option in the 'subtitles' list to translate it (when I select 'English' it just says 'speaking in Dothraki', very unhelpful).
I'm using the latest version of VLC; a quick google told me that no-one else had this problem, and I assume when watching on a normal DVD player it's translated otherwise everyone would be up in arms about this.
A bit of advice, please?
