Alola was certainly growing fast now. Awhile back, it had been sparsely populated and few had even heard of the island chain. Now it was becoming quite the popular vacation spot, and was even sporting its own brand new league. Had Alola even had any drastic problems? He wasn’t sure. If it had, it had gone unnoticed by him... or perhaps he was just somewhere else when it happened.
The sun could be hot and harsh on his pale skin, but it was a nice place. He understood why so many people visited. That being said...
AZ let out a weary sigh, squinting as he surveyed the thousands of flowers that sprouted up out of the ground, or bushes, or trees. That being said, it was very, very, very easy to lose Floette here. He took his eyes off of her for a few minutes and the next thing he knew, poof! The fairy was gone. She probably wasn’t far away, but AZ could feel the panic start to creep back. Floette had left him once before, and while she returned the anxiety and fear that she might leave again was quick to spring on him when he was’t sure where she was. Like right now.
“Floette?” The older man called, frowning as he paced down the path. Where had she gone? She couldn’t have gone far... If she wasn’t intending to leave him. He fidgeted with the very ends of his long, white hair, carefully crouching down to look in a bush with very brightly colored flowers. “Where did you go... Please come back, you’re making me worried.”
If she was around, she was ignoring him... or thought this was a game. The homeless man sighed in exasperation, getting up to examine the next plant. Where did that damn fairy wander off to again...
