Since Mirajane had came back only with Elfman, who was continuing crying, she felt a sense of emptiness. She still hadn’t sheded any tears and she didn’t know why they didn’t want to. Her heart was beating furiosly, like it wanted to break her rib cage, everything she touched and was touching meant anything to her and her mouthe was paralyzed. Even the air had became too much heavy for her, she’d preferred to not breath it.

For this reason she didn’t answer to Natsu’s words. She knew that it was all her fault, she knew everything he had told to her and he was right to be angry with her. But her lips still didn’t want to move; to be honest, any muscle was unable to move.

"Hm" she limited herself to reply, without adding or doing anything.

The Angel stepped softly, her footfalls nearly inaudible. She must tread carefully here, pretend as if the wooden floorboards were made of very thin ice. Maya steadied her breathing as her hand instinctively clutched the gun at her hip. Though she hoped to never use it, here on Earth it was a must. She thought of it as "blending in."

A door stood ajar at the end of the long hallway, and her gut clenched instinctively. This was a very dangerous place for someone of her kind, though she hoped her anonymity would protect her. Maya crept forward, pushing the door open ever so slowly, holding her breath before speaking.

"Sam Winchester?"
