I just wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying Runaways. I really appreciate how you didn't abandon the story. It seems to me that people aren't as hyped for Draeden now that its known that Hoechilin isn't a series reg. When I do see fics where Draeden is the main characters/ love interest its 80% sex 20% character/ relationship deveopment. Runaways is the perfect balance. Plus you've brought the side characters to the front fleshed them out and I looove it. I can't wait to what happens next

I am so unbelievably happy that people like this fic. From the very first day I started outlining it, I fell in love with it. It’s also massive, so the fact that you guys take time to read it makes it worth it! Also fun fact: I hadn’t heard the news about Thoech (because I live under a rock apparently)! But fear not as I am not surprised or upset by this! I do plan on continuing with this bad boy. I love this pairing so much, and really all of the characters I have in it (my bb Meredith <3_<3 )But Gah! Thank you so much for reading, and leaving comments, and for this message. You truly don’t know how much it means to me and how much it inspires me to keep going. I hope you guys continue to like it!

I’ve read fanfics from you and a few others that DESERVE those untalented fools jobs. As I read IBWYOB I could see it play on TV. The same for 3 O’clock gang. I love those stories, but no they have the current imbeciles who allowed to write for Twisted

I know you ladies have been pointing things out for awhile now. I just kept to myself and stayed as neutral as I could but I can’t be neutral anymore. That clip makes me uncomfortable and very concerned.

A lot of people are coming out saying they see the difference now with Dacey and are concerned like you are saying.

The whole thing is just super unfortunate.

I'm not familiar with carrot oil what benefits does it have for natural hair? Also I have a nine year old niece who has eczema on her neck and in her hair. She's losing her hair where she has eczema. What can I use to stop the hair loss and get her hair to grow?

Carrot oil benefits:

stimulates follicles = growth

high in antioxidants and carotene

helps men with male patterned baldness/thinning (well anybody really)

contains vitamin A&E

prevents split ends and breakage

promotes growth

it's greasy (and may not smell the best) so don't use a lot, but it works very well and helps make your hair feel softer too.

One other thing, in the podcast posted a few days ago, which was interesting, everyone seemed to be in agreement that Danny and Lacey had sex. I don't think they did, came close to but I don't think they did. The way Danny has been written in how he response to Lacey, if they had actually had sex I'm certain Danny would not have let her go without a fight. Especially with the possibility of her (most likely not) getting back with Archie. No way. He wouldn't let her go.

This makes sense to me, in my mind. I completely follow your logic there. I also think that it would be really irresponsible of the writers to have their first time in that way, for a number of reasons. But it seems that the writing really dropped the ball on this one. I mean, Lacey herself had some sort of line regarding Doug being an amatuer porn director. So I mean, what are we supposed to infer by that? Also, didn’t Archie have some line about her just being with him a couple of nights before or something to that effect?

Whether they did or didn’t kind of goes hand in hand with how poorly that entire storyline was both written and executed, and how the backlash was handled. The whole thing was a plot device, and it was intrusive and disgusting and in incredibly poor taste. Part of me wants to believe that they didn’t have sex, especially when we think about Danny telling Kyle that he was “saving himself” for someone special in the pilot. But then we don’t see the actual act itself. That does a disservice to not only them as a couple, but them as characters. Not to mention how it paints Lacey, when all we are made to see is how upset/heartbroken/angry Jo is.

And if they really didn’t have sex, why then didn’t one of them just say that? It wouldn’t make the tape less creepy and intrusive, but it would have at least given context and truth to something that was just a terrible and unsavory situation to begin with. Honestly it was just a major, major fail on the part of the writers.
