Enamor me

"I’m going to do this right, you know ?" He said with a bright smile at her as she finally arrived at his house. " I mean, we’ve been friends for ages, and I like you , and you like me.. Well I think, anyways. I have the whole day planned and you did agree on a date, so. Yes. ” He smiled sheepishly at her, kissing her cheek softly in greeting, before pulling her to his car. 

And he really had it all planned it, he meant it. At first they went to the zoo, because he thought it was so much better then movies or just dinner. And they had fun, it was fun. They bought candy together and laughed at the weird things some of the animals did, telling each other stories of their childhood. 

Stiles had never been so happy before. She laughed about his jokes and even let him hold her hand at the end of the day and wasn’t that the greatest thing ever? He smiled shyly at Tess, pulling her to his car again. ” This is not the end of things, you know ? ” He asked at her questioning gaze, before starting the car again and driving to the forest. He went into a part that was not dangerous, had never anything happen to it , which was the reason why he had chosen it. Laughing lightly at her surprised look, he got out a picnic basket, leading her over to a meadow. ” I just thought, if I started this, I would make it romantic as possible, you know ? Although I am really not the smoothest guy or anything. ” He mumbled, unpacking the basket, having tried to get everything she liked. 

It had taken him a long time to figure that out, but he could be observant if he wanted to and he had spent basically weeks watching her and asking people about her. And then when they actually started to talk, he tried his best to remember everything she said. 

Stiles wasn’t even sure when he had fallen for her, it was not a distant obsession like it had been with Lydia, it was something different, something warmer, and he really wanted to do this right, and get the girl. So to say.
