I’m a fledgling street artist. Not exactly sure of what I’m doing, and figuring things out more or less on my own. The art world is a weird one…I mean go figure, right? Artists can be overly sensitive, vain, self-involved, and genuinely full of shit. Often it’s not how good you are, it’s who you know. Enemies can be made easily…I’ve unfortunately had experience with this.

For a very long time I was a hermit, nearly gave up on art, and refused to socialize with new artists, other than in a social media setting.

Now I’m putting myself back out into the world again and I am slightly apprehensive. With positive attention also comes the negative. Luckily though, my skin is a whole lot thicker this time around.
