Writing a comedy webseries about a young journalist in a small town. He accidently moves into an occupied apartment because the woman he rented it from wants a roommate for her loner brother. I need some funny snippets of dialogue! Thanks!

Hey cutie pie sounds fun. Lets give this a shot. 

"I thought I rented a one bedroom apartment." "You rented one bedroom in an apartment. It's sort of the same thing." 

"Is it just you or-" "Yeah I'm the only other one living here." "I don't know whether that makes me feel better or worse to be honest."

1. Isada's my pen name. It's my mother's maiden name.

2. I'm currently writing a novel called Echec. It's a giant chess homage, hence the name.

3. I intended the novel to be YA, but it turned out NA. Making the characters younger makes their actions a lot less believeable. (They start in their teens and end up in their early twenties)

4. The female protagonist is based on Varla from Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

5. I love a good story with supernatural elements and powers and things. I'd be happy to beta any such projects.
