I do not know how many of you are..?..But We are MILLIONS AND MILLIONS all over the world. Even to my brothers and sisters in the UK...if you feel you are bullied in the work place.? They treat you like,you do not deserve, respect?..let us know..WE WILL MAKE IT OUR PROBLEM...I will fight for free in the employment tribunal, as far as my skills allow me, if necessary will ask for help. You ppl sheltered me..gave me hope and courage..let me return try to return that favor.I have the knowledge on the topics related to labor law, and how to process your complains and secure your, rights...take this knowledge, I am sorry to say, not expert knoledge, but this is all I have for now. No matter which political view you belong to..Help will be answered..I am not a powerful man..or even, not a person with, a bit of influence ,,But I know how to work & WORK HARD,,you ppl thought me.I will not translate it in Bangla..get a dictionary..I rather treat you as equal. I tried working for the political parties..but I do not fit thr..as I protest too much..rather let me use this voice whr workers means just workers ..not just political views..You protest means scream for rights..just scream for rights. I have worked ,while doing my LLB from.. UK..I am one of you..during breaks I shared your foods ..because you covered my shifts..I went to exam hall..because you gave up your holiday ..because I had to study before exams ..I never had a day without food among you. You had my back. As I Dream big now..I feel guilty..cause I feel, I too am ignoring you all..like you ppl are nothing..I am sorry. Maybe I won't make any difference. .but the next one will know whr to start form..that's enough. If I can take my words to your eyes ..in 30 days..I strongly believe I can, do something for us ..small but something in my life time ..Let someone else fight for your money rights. ..let me just protect your work place respect..money is nothing in front of a workers pride ..his hard earned respect ..seriously make some time. Read something. .maybe a new skill will change your life. till ow My biggest achievement in life is..I earned my own bread..It tasted like heavens..& I will fight to protect that memory..I do not beg,,,If you want, you can join me

George Carlin's wife died early in 2008 and George followed her, dying in July 2008. It is ironic George Carlin - comedian of the 70's and 80's - could write something so very eloquent and so very appropriate. An observation by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.

Remember to spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

3 years and something, something months ago..!!..For the first time, I crossed my under weight lvl [I could not even donate blood, due to me being, always around the lvl, taged as under weight]. My first and best 8 packs..Which was only possible, Once …only once..Well 8 packs..which lasted for 2 months..Then vanish Like Kaboom [FOOOD]…100% from home though..I started gym, just 2 years back..even now been missing gym for 2 months.Pick my dedication part..not the packs..it goes for anything..First day I could not even give 2 push ups..Now?..anytime in one go 25 to 30 in one set…and in one hour 300. Thr are many things, in life, which are to me.. is like that first days 2 push ups..But I know If I do not give up..those things will, be 300 per hour easy. Many made fun of me..But I never stopped..I had this dream..that I will have six packs…..But I crossed my dream and made 8 packs..This gave me motivation to fight back..started using the same policy for everything…..!!…Doing Great..!

[imagine I am running and writing in a big wide chalk board, while explaining & flirting with the girl, sitting at the first row] Remember Yesterday I talked about Selfies ? Their is a reason..!!..Selfies were not accepted social behavior, which with time is just not an accepted social behavior; but also a high ranking global trend or phenomena ,,!!...Like wise if you start campaigning about little things, from all your respective positions. It becomes a trend thus everyone will follow..!!..Say, if you are a Big Executive or a Renowned Lawyer or a Media Face..!!..When you start a campaign, for example " look from today, we will, use a different basket, in the office, for recyclable wastes..", what happens for your influencing and inspiring position..Others will follow, and by getting inspired they will start thr small campaigns..Start from small things, it may seem small..But millions and millions of small awareness campaigns will make a difference..You may without knowing trigger development..,!! ..Make the feeling of humanity and helping others and society a popular trend..!..I can not..But You Can...!!..Make Helping Humanity so Coooool..That a guy if he did not help 3 or 4..He is not cool..!!  Example Jago...Like it or not..First few guys started to go..as they heard girls are thr too..At one point..A day with jago became a necessary and useful trend..I am to the point. Only way we can connect your mine and future generations will be. a common trend. Only way a mother and daughter in bd, sees tv together, due to the common trend of hindi serials. So all the ppl at the top influencing positions ..Like the Captain Planet...THE POWER IS YOURS\
