Supersonic form idea i had. I call it ☆✧Starlight Sonic☆✧
I- I know the drawing and the sprite edit look drastically different. I had an idea in my head but i didn’t get to accomplish it in either of these fully. In any case they look cool so i’m posting them.

ok so i’m split between two ideas:
- Sonic gets the phantom ruby, and achieves a superform with it. (a bit boring, but logical, and cool enough)
- Sonic manages to harmonize the Phantom Ruby’s and the Chaos Emerald’s opposing energies, and thus achieves this form.
what do i mean by harmonize?
1 - This is based on the headcannon / theory that the Time Eater and the Phantom Ruby are related, partly because of the portal at the end of mania looking very similar to the ones in generations. Plus it would explain it’s origin.
2 - The time eater was incapable of even touching the Chaos Emeralds. And at the end of Mania, in my eyes it looked like they were basically pushing the Phantom Ruby out of that dimension.
3 - So basically, the chaos and phantom energies don’t agree with each other.
Of course, achieving the starlight form would be basically impossible then - but in true storytelling fashion, determination can literally bend reality to someone’s will.
Maybe the pain of trying to harmonize them is enough so that Infinite and Eggman do not try and attempt it - they have other options, so they will pick a less painful one instead.
Meanwhile, this would probably be Sonic’s last resort against the forces of Eggman. If he had no other choice, if the world was depending on him - sonic would probably use determination to achieve a higher and cooler form.
Anyway that’s the sonic ideas that have been floating around in my mind like a screensaver for the past few days. Now i should stop procrastinating and do homework. Thank you if you’ve read this far, I really appreciate it.
