That last line was taken in the literal sense. Musicians are beautiful; the way their fingers caress and grace their instrument was memorizing. In Manigoldo’s experience thus far with the beautiful: they were often deadly. His vehement grin wasn’t whisked away for it only grew in burning thrill. Danger can make the blood really flow.
“As little as it is, I actually need my heart! You’re talented, but not that talented enough for me to willingly drop dead for your music!” Manigoldo placed his hand over his own hip, a hand raised in a half shrug, “Besides, where’s the fun in having a heartless audience when they can’t revere in your music?”

Chris should have expected Specters coming for her - or for the Cetus Surplice. It wouldn’t be the first or the last time, but this one was certainly different from the others, in every aspect.
He was a musician, or so it seemed. Well, he held and played a type of harp she had never seen before but the way he sang... his voice was beautiful, calming... Was it a trick? She was so admired by it, and yet he was a Specter, after all. She couldn’t let her guard down.
“Are you... a bard?” She didn’t want to interrupt him, but she was curious, and she needed to know. But the first question really didn’t matter.
“Who are you? Why are you here?”
After all, it was most likely he was there with the sole purpose to do what Pandora hadn’t been able to.

⍤ : What does your muse’s voice sound like? Is it light? High pitched? Scratchy? Deep?
[Queen’s voice is surprisingly not that light. Certainly he doesn’t have an extremely deep voice (wouldn’t that be actually shocking?), but neither is it high pitched. It’s like that of a common young man who sounds amused 24/7, but might get an higher pitch when he’s laughing sincerely. It’s also sort of smooth, the kind of voice one would like to listen to- How do you think he lures people? Good looks are one thing, but smooth voice is like a bonus.]
☂ : Does your muse like rain?
[He’s not an incredible fan of being drenched to the bone, but he does find the sound of pouring rain quite soothing. It is literally sleep inducing for him, at times- That is, if he feels relaxed enough.]
♞ : What is your muse’s favorite animal?
[He has an odd liking for snakes, usually of the venomous kind. Vipers and rattlesnakes usually win his favour because not only are they beautiful to look at, but they also tend to lure and attack their victims- Something he can easily relate to.
As a human, he actually preferred hummingbirds. Oh, the innocence.]
