Hahaha, yeah it prob'ly will. Her favorite's Phineas and Ferb, claps whenever I start singin' it, even if I don't notice I'm doin' it.

Aw, I hope so. Christmas didn’t really measure up t’much last year.

Best part of kid - a year with him and every bad holiday memory gets wiped out by great ones. It's like you're experiencing them all over again for the first time through his eyes. I sound so sappy - but it really is the best.

Ain’t it weird to think that a kids biggest problem is having a set of keys taken away? And yeah, he seems excited enough. Well, he’s smiling and staring, so I deduced that to be happiness.

Right? Now that it's quiet, I can actually find it a little adorable how heartbroken he is over it. 

And yup, that's about as happy as they ever seem at that age. I'm so excited for you - this'll be the best Christmas you've ever had because of him. :)

Ouch. He still cryin’? Jude and I put the tree up this mornin’.

I finally broke and turned on a cartoon for him, so he is just sorta sniffling and sipping his milk. But that will only last as long as he's distracted, I imagine. 

Aww, that's great! Did he just love it? I remember last year when Luke saw the tree for the first time. Though I suppose Jude might still be a little young...still, babies make Christmas just a million times more amazing.

But hey, you ‘n Lukas are alright now, yeah? I don’t know what you mean by stuff going on now, but m’sure if it’s bad then at least you’ve got a great support system around you. But uh, yeah. It’s alright, I guess m’just being nosy. ;)

We are. Yeah, we are alright, and that is great. :) And things are so different now - but sometimes the fact that things ever happened how they did are a little overwhelming, and I had that sorta moment - but now it's a moment, instead of my life, and that's good too, yeah? And no, you're not being nosy - it was nice that you care, really. :)
