Who is she?

This is Yoshinaga Ryosuke, a Roegadyn Ronin (a Roenin, if you will) hailing from Doma. Originally the Samurai to a Doman lord, Yoshinaga lost both her master and her home in the Doman rebellion, fleeing to Kugane in the years following. She was eventually picked up and hired by a wealthy Kuganin merchant to protect his son, Kiyomizu, a doctor specializing in the use of monster parts and plants!

The two made their way to Eorzea and, due to a series of events, it was discovered that Yoshinaga posessed the Echo, leading to the events of the story!

What's with the blog title?

It's a joke among the friends that make up Yoshinaga's little group that their whole dynamic is akin to that of an isekai anime, with Kiyomizu being the technical protag and Yoshinaga being the hero of the world! Which led to the creation of a fake title for the non-existent anime, My Bodyguard Is Secretly The Hero? I thought it would be funny! As for the blog url, underneath the mask, Yoshinaga sports a pair of tusk-like teeth akin to that of the mythical Oni! That, mixed with her size and ferocity in battle, gave way to her nickname as the Doman Oni!

Ending Notes

Currently, I'm working through ARR to get Yoshinaga caught up to Dawntrail! I know most of the lore up to the end of Endwalker proper and so most of the gposes will be throughout the story! Gposes will be found under the #yoshi photos tag! Lore will be under #yoshi lore!
