Fellow trans please give me advice

Freaking hell. I wore my binder for 13 hours yesterday because I forgot to take it off and today, when I went to school, during 1st period, my binder felt really tight and was making it hard to breathe and stuff, I told myself I’d do something next period. I would have just gone to the bathroom and taken a break, but I can’t use any of the bathrooms in the school because my social anxiety is insane, and the the bathrooms scare me. I can’t go in the girls bathroom cause I’m a trans dude and look like a dude, and I can’t go in the boys bathroom case I need my hair cut, and I’ve never been in the boys bathroom before.

In 3rd period it got painful. Like my ribs hurt so bad and I feel light headed. Then I remembered that the nurses office had a bathroom I could use, and they’d totally understand, so I ask, and they call the nurse but she doesn’t answer, and I’m so cooked. I’m like actually ow.
