The littlest things can spur you on:
•A new location
•Better Ventilation
•A water/snack break to walk down to your food place and back can clear some of the running thoughts rampaging through the brain
•Listening to one song for a short span of time
•Meditation (if you know how to do it properly because I know I can’t. My brain keeps wavering a lot but that’s ok, I really appreciate the shut eye time).
•Do some exercise or Yoga if you want to focus on something completely different but not get lost or addicted into something(for me it’s books which is why I haven’t touched a proper novel in a long time and make do with <2500 worded fanfictions if I can’t physically restrain myself from reading).
•Read a self-help book then come back... you could combine this activity to help your studies too by reading a study related book too!
•Talk to someone. Your mom, sister, grandma, whoever you can call, please do. Take the time to get to know how their day went, share about your own. Brighten up both your days...
•Just know that you are loved and cared for and that the universe will find a way to turn tides again in your favour. It always has and it always will. Even if today seems like a hopeless ravine of darkness, tomorrow you can wake up into a beautiful world. It’s going to happen. You’ll get through today and tomorrow will be better.
