I wanna spend a day in NYC in give out $100 worth of food and winter wear(gloves hats ect) within the next few weeks. if anyone wants to contribute $ and do this w me hmu!!!!

I actually have dreams about this so often and I've been donating to this program that helps the homeless get on their feet for about 2 years now and I just hope that the $ I've donated has at least helped one person but I can't help but stress over the possibility that it hasn't for some reason. I need to get out there and help at least one person-in person.

Just looking outside at this storm while I'm cozy and warm inside makes my heart ache for those who are on the street and don't have a home.

Pls message me if you know any legit organizations or groups that I could get connected with. I get overwhelmed seeing all of these groups online and not knowing if they are 100% real or not. I need to find someone already involved so I know what exactly id be getting involved with!

Tourists taking photos Of the landmark in its glory But although surrounded by crowds The homeless are so lonely

High heels running to offices Hoping they won’t be late Ignoring the broken people With a much less lucky fate

Home is friends and family Home is warmth and love Home is a life worth living Can you imagine, having none of the above?
