lyrea answered your question:the moment when you have to re-install all your CC
The Materializing Materials is usually a pattern. Some patterns (not all) if created with CAP should never be converted to packages.sims3.crinrict.com/en/2…
Hmm, to be honest I have no idea what programs people use for creating patterns. This was a pattern I found once, and I don’t even remember where, but it was a packagefile so I was like, well sure. And placed it in the mod folder like any other packages. I had no idea that it could make such a huge chaos in my game o.o

It might be. That pattern was sims3pack originally or no? If it was originally sims3pack, try install it in sims3pack, don’t convert it into package, and the “materializing material” problem should be solved. If not. Idk xD
I never converted a pattern. Or anything for that matter. Well I did.. when I needed it to make a few poses, but they are not installed in my game *shrugs* I prefer to keep package files as they are as well as s3packs. I really hate when my game fucks up and I can’t do anything but re-install it. ^^”

Try taking it out and loading without it. If not then it could be a lot or a sim that had a pattern and somehow got changed.
I hope that’s not the case *_* I really done. once it’s done installing, I WILL check out if it work. If it does. To hell with that single pattern. ^^”
I’m currently reinstalling all my s3pack CC, which is 6600 files aka 6GB. Yea.. it takes a liiiiiittle time ^^” *whistles impatiently*
Well... I might as well use the time to get some dinner done and start on the first chapter. *looks at clock* yup... might as well do that
