I am new to tumblr. I am looking for a theme with both a header and sidebar preferably, do you know of any? the only ones I can find are ones with twitter, affliates etc down the side and I don't want those cause I have no use for them?

this is not a completely come back  :’^) I’m so sorry guys, my life has been a crazy mess since I moved  nope temporarily  just nope to another country I’m trying a lot to interact with other people, it’s been kind of difficult make friends. Also, I still can’t buy a new tablet yet ‘cause life hates me. I was thinking just come back when I buy a tablet, my paper drawings are garbage. but I miss you guys so much, I miss post here :’^D

hi, sorry bother you, but could you tell me which font do you use for your gifs, please?

if you are talking about my subtitles font, then that is Calibri Bold. I’ll add a psd at the end.

Here are my settings:

RED - the size of the text depends on the size of the gif, but the lowest i go is usually 13.5 (since i don’t like how anything smaller than that looks)

GREEN - the space between the lines. This one depends on the size of the text, but the final goal is to keep all the text visible and not make the lines go one over the other

STROKE SIZE - 1px (just double click on the text layer and go to stroke. I keep the opacity at 100%)

They don’t have a list with everything that they posted, so you will have to dig a little to find what you are looking for (i usually just go to the bottom of the account and then press CTRL+F and type whatever i am looking for)

two questions: do you still use kmplayer to take screencaps? and if so, has it ever given you an error where the screencaps it's taking are just black with green bars running through it? i've been using your gif tutorial for a while now, and i've never had kmplayer act up on me like this before (even after i restarted it and reinstalled it, it does the same thing).

i never had that problem, and also i searched on the internet and the only thing i could find was how to fix the green screen error (if your video has green parts in it when you start playing it in KMP). Idk if the green bars that you are talking about appear only in the screencaps, while the video looks fine, but i’ll keep on searching, maybe i’ll find something

HERE are some alternatives in case we can’t figure out what is wrong with KMP

Can I ask, how do you sharpen your GIFS? do you use guassian blur or whatever?

yup, i use THIS action and i change the opacity of the gaussian blur layer to 60-68% (depending on how rough the gif looks)

(just don’t judge the photo from inside the psd, i made the psd before i started using the action on the photos, so that poster it’s not exactly the best haha)

on your movies page how do you make the pictures look so good quality? also does the actual page code resize the pictures for you or do you have to do that yourself?

(x) yes, the page code automatically resizes the images to 180 x 257 when you add them. My movie-posters look HQ because i basically save the original poster from google, resize it (to the sizes that i gave you above), sharpen it (with the action that i also use on my gifs) and add a pretty basic psd to it (to which i can give you a link if you want to, i basically use it on all the photos from the media pages: movies, tv-shows, books etc.).

I mean it’s not that big of a deal, i basically make a poster like that in 5 sec, and everything will look HQ once you resize it to the page’s original size :)
