Can't really remember how long have I spent wandering through the busy streets. Walking endlessly with no direction. Day and night I risked my life, sniffing here and there for something to put into my aching stomach. I lost count how many eyes I looked into, how many meows I made, trying to seek help in a language I know. I thought i'll just die without being even noticed, just like many homeless animals. Until that memorable day, when God sent His angel to save me from my pitiful state. Never have I imagined I would have a home where I can just play, eat and just be my kind. Never have I imagined getting a family who would look after my well being instead of me worrying where and how will i get my food. I was homeless, nameless. Now, I am Mickey, a rescued puspin in February 2018 from a busy street of C5 Taguig. I am now in my forever home in a province called Pangasinan. We travelled far and now I am living a life with my family who welcomed me with their whole big heart! I have now brothers and sisters, whom some of them are also rescued from different places. Since I arrived on rainy days, I can't really go outside the house so I just cuddle up and enjoy the green surroundings! But I heard we can go out and play when the sun is up! Can't wait! I so love my family. They're not maybe rich like those I passed by with big houses and fancy cars, but they are rich with kindness and love!
