Hemp industry is quite hot now around the world due to its high added value after deep processing like CBD-related products making. But before that, there is a basic issue facing the hemp businessmen-drying, which is a key step. I find some hemp growers do it in the sun, which is slow and unhygienic, while the most efficient and clean way is to use a suitable dryer. Then how to choose the dryer? Are there any standards or criteria to refer to? Here is our experience. Customers who choose our dryer told us that the number one factor is temperature when drying, you have to use a low temperature (30-40℃)so as not to damage the elements inside. The dryer they got from us is hot air drying oven which is a static dryer with trays and trolleys, easy and convenient to operate, energy saving owing to hot air circulation. It is made of 304SUS, so it is durable and life span can be 10 years. The heat source of the oven can be electric (custom voltage and phases supported ), gas, lpg, biomass, etc. The most important feature is that the temperature of the oven is adjustable from room temperature to as high as 150℃. They normally purchase one or two sets as a start, some buy multiple sets at one time. The hot air drying oven is now the best selling dryer for hemp flower drying.
