I introduce two methods of breadcrumbs drying: one is by using continuous fluid bed dryer, the other is by using continuous microwave dryer. Both have their different advantages. Fluid bed dryer is the traditional method adopted by most companies both abroad and at home. It has multiple heating options such as gas, steam, biomass, electricity, etc. While the belt microwave dryer seems to be a new method for most traditional users who haven’t tried or even heard about it. Actually the microwave drying should be much more powerful compared to conventional drying, because normally the microwave power penetrates the raw products which got dried from inside. Microwave dryer can only be powered by electricity, therefore sometimes it can be costly if user’s handling capacity requirement is high. We have some customers at home who use either microwave dryer or fluid bed dryer, while abroad fluid bed dryer is the preferred option. As for which one is better, users have to consider overall factors including but not limited to capacity requirement, heat source availability, investment budget, workshop space, etc. We provide both kind of dryers and test at reasonable price.
